No support from company behalf.. they never do any thing for their employees no salary increment after 2 years.even they given most of employees lay off from company. Worst strategic management people.

They consider their employees as a machine.no promotion .no increment.no bonus.poor management. HR behavior is poor.

working around jhanvi and other team members was fun they cared a lot and did listen to you when you need something always up with ideas and fun place to work

Dislikes

not much just sometime it gets irritating to work late night due to not completing the work

Only teammates are other trainers are sometimes supportive. Otherwise the whole experience was terrible.

Dislikes

* poor management *Don't think about someone's efforts * Over work pressurising * When they need, they hired lots of trainer and after that they fired all. * Over pressure of sales on trainers *Instead of 6 days working they ask to work for 7 days. Otherwise you can see terrible days. * Rarely reimbursement and innentive got. And many more bad experience with sarva.

You guys always says that our instructors are our family but it doesn’t feel like... without any information i got transferred to delhi you should have told me before this is so unprofessional...

Training structure is Good .No Work pressure .Managers are co-operative and friendly.

Dislikes

They don't career about where you are accommodation and food. These are basics for surviving .They should arrange food and lounging for their employees .No life insurance policies ..
