I would like to thank the whole team of SSA Assam for giving me this opportunity to express our own thoughts about my experience towards working under their Administration. For me, I feel very satisfied in the steps they make for the betterment and improvements of all the neighborhood schools not only in the ground of development of school environment but the overall development in both teaching and learning experiences. In addition, I love the way they care for individual employee regarding the date and time of salary. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to work under your Administration.

The labour of the hardworking of every Teacher by paying salary on time.

Not much pressure in working area.Educational environment was there.Parents ,Collegues and Students was very supportive.

Dislikes

Management was not transparent. Political play was also there . In the contractual period of 6 years ,the salary was too low to survive.Its take a long period of six years to become a regular teacher.

Like working in this company but there is no job security,salary also less.thete is no career growth.but the employees over tHere are very very helpful and cooperative

Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan Projects Work pressure is more and more daily 12-14 working, to achieve target working even holiday, but work environment is good.
