There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joineens.

It was a nice experience at efcee sarovar premere bhavnagar i worked there for 6 years and learned many things

Won’t say i dislike but salary should be increased if someone works for more than 5 years

The management is standing with us in this critical situation. They are helping us in each term like in fooding and salary. That's my honor to be a part of sarovar hotels.

I get emotional with this company as they have helped me in every situation and still they stand for me. There is no single point to dislike this company. Everything is up to the mark but there is no much staff to handle the operations.

I like the staff whom I am managing otherwise hotel culture and salary packages are so so.

Dislikes

There are lot of things. Commence with the mgmt. not good at all. No learning for juniors even for seniors. Although, you have to learn everything by yourself and have to grow.
