The management is standing with us in this critical situation. They are helping us in each term like in fooding and salary. That's my honor to be a part of sarovar hotels.

I get emotional with this company as they have helped me in every situation and still they stand for me. There is no single point to dislike this company. Everything is up to the mark but there is no much staff to handle the operations.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like the staff whom I am managing otherwise hotel culture and salary packages are so so.

Dislikes

There are lot of things. Commence with the mgmt. not good at all. No learning for juniors even for seniors. Although, you have to learn everything by yourself and have to grow.

The team leader does a great job. The work culture was good. The working environment was pleasant . All the department has mutual understanding and was cooperative .

Dislikes

The work environment has little politics. The main issue is salary. The career growth is slow. Team has cooperation but has politics also. The management is good but all the employees should be aware about the company benefits.
