No one help you out if you hv sm issues wid ur workplace... no one ready to sout out ur prob. Even the incharges also blackmailing you regarding shifts or leaves... for example if you hv any issues wid ur incharges so you will go to you higher authoriteis like nursing suppritendent to help you out but they denie to help you out and his/her answers was like talk to ur incharge i cant able to do something... for this reasons why the hospital give her a chrge to sout out our problems... all of them are same ... these peoples only harass juniours...

...o absent if some one not able to join the duty due to lack of public transport.. even they dont pay your salary if you not doing ur shifts...

It was great experience in saroj superspeciality hospital, i learnt many things from here, as i was ICU staff i found a great environment and people around me. Overall it was memorable journey that i have spent overthere.. 💜💙💚

LACK OF STRONG LEADERSHIP AND OTHER DEPTT HOD INTERFERE IN ALL OTHER DEPTT. SPECIALLY DOCTORS INTERFERE IN MANAGEMENT WITH HIGHLY BULLYING STYLE. "MANAGEMENT HAVING RESPONSIBILITY ONLY " BUT DOCTORS PLAY WITH POWER WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY AND FINALLY BLAMES MANAGEMENT FOR ANY FAILURES. NON MEDICAL ARE SUBJECT TO EXTREME TORCHRE ONLY USUALLY
