When i join sarita as a regional sales manager , at that time the sales was very poor, there was very few dealers & distributor all over maharashtra.I accept challenge to appoint dealers & distributor.Within six months I hav completed my job . I have achieved my target with branding , launching of new product , distribution, network, project management, Govt approvals,sales & marketing etc.I had work very hard with travelling. I was satisfied with my job bt unfortunately I switch this company. Now searching new job... Thanks

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
