Motor team is not good, policies are very strict and no benefits for employees. No learning, as per colleagues work in corporate team and you will learn something. Their manager is good.

company has a grand vision for the next 3 years. I feel i joined at the right time. The director is very dynamic and open to all suggestions to make process better. Joined here when i was looking for a growth and i have now learned alot in Insurance Sector, especially Corporate Insurance like Fire and Marine Insurance. Training & HR Dept are very helpful. Overall all the team members are very good.

Total Third Class Company, nothing to like there.

There is negative around the company, management is Pathetic, Not Supporting, Not having any vision, HR is Cheater. They use theri company rules to make people fool. Atmosphere is not comfortable to work. Don't go for work there. My advise to all who don't want to waste their time.

Overall I rating this company zero.but I have option to give them zero...HR is good and the HR knowledge is good.and the owner son knowledge is like( - zero)... He don't know how to take interviews in Manager's level. Please if you not spoiled your career please don't join this type of company. Try another company. Now that time the company depends only Sargam electronics customers data...who purchased the product on his outlets.. only one more year like 2023.the company and Process all are wram down... If the main owner heandling this company.hope the company will grow up.because his knowledge is good rather than his son.....

This is a typical owner driven company having the poor management. These guys know how to irritate the employee and spoil the career and peace of mind. This company is not following the labor laws and any compliance. Long Working Hours. Management is not supporting.
