Less work load due to low number students in class, poor salary , No salary for first two week after joining as a training, visionary chairman

9.30 to 5.3o strict working time. Salary one month late , and one month salary cut as a security deposit.

Likes

The university is good and supportive, specially department of biosciences. there is a group of excellent researchers and doing innovative and productive research. the star ratings are only for Post graduate department of biosciences not for sardar patel university. Five star for bioscience department and three stars for university.

Dislikes

... than everything they always try to get money from researcher and project staff. they charged 10 to 20 percent of your salary other than HRA for university building accommodation. moreover, administration would not entertain any complaint of researchers.

Everything about the staff and rules and regulations,the environment the style the study culture the best team teacher staff support ever and one of the best place to explore your self as well.. and one of the growing university ever

The Department proved to be the best place to work for me. I have great respect for my alma mater. I have cleared my NET after joining the Department, it has not only given me an opportunity to develop my career but also encouraged me to expand my career goals.

Dislikes

It would be great if the University relook at it's policy for recruiting staff on contractual base.
