One of the reason iam leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job, 2, There was no room for development in the company, while I did enjoy working there and at the skill,I developed. 3,I feel my skill set can be better employed eleswhere.somewhere my capabilities are more recognised and where there is the opportunity for growth.

Less job security, No any accommodation, No any training facilities related to any field, No any freedom to do any extra modification.
