The only thing I liked is they trust anyone and everyone. No one has ever been rejected in interview here. So basically they do not judge employee in the interview itself, they let him work for a month or two, and when he or she is due for a salary (date being 25 th of next month) That's the time they wake up and start using brain if they should pay or not. Pretty clever or dumb God knows.

Dislikes

Everything including the tea served here. Company is a Demon disguised under the name of Goddess Saraswati, and the owner is nothing but a career sucking parasite. He himself doesn't know a thing, but will scold you for anything and everything. Decisions even for 5₹ are taken by owner himself. He even argue with pantry guy over reducing milk consumption in staff tea, and takes the leftover Malai back at home.

Jangali and just like uneducated senior behaviour. They behave to employee just like a house servant they don't know different between a servant and a well educated employee. never think to work there.

Though they have zeal to do so many things but their thoughts mindset is just so Orthodox same as time of Britishers during our slavery period.They can spend lacs on some useless thing knowingly but won't spend on anything useful with proper zeal.Its just like first impression they give is like will do big but endup doing thing with which are of no use at the end the work becomes the burden and then it becomes only the duty to complete the work.
