Working culture is good. It feels like family rather than colleagues but yes anyway you have to make distance to maintain your professional life from all. About increment, I didn't see any increment till my tenure may for the covid but rather than that before itself I have seen increment for all employees. Hope everything gets better and again they can continue the process to make employees satisfied about salary increment. About career growth and development of your skill 100% of assurance is that you will learn many things and also can be capable to be a good leader if anyone gets any opportunity to work with them. And about company policies, can be found out once after joining but I can say quite good experience I got from here.

Dislikes

Dislike in the sense work pressure only nothing else. Actually it was like my another home so no dislike at all.

Their firing policy, with in 12hours they fire their employee with out any notice period

Dislikes

Very bad management specially Mr. Atanu Mukharjee and Mr. Ashok Kumar no co-operation between them and other employee
