School is good studies and extra curricular activities but there is nothing to like here as a working individual.

Dislikes

...g+ non-teaching). They treat their employees as if they are their unpaid labour. They'll not give u any joining letter, teachers are forced to provide evening classes also, pay salary in hand(cash), if u ask for 1-2 days emergency leave then u'll hav to give clarification on dt too, sometimes they ask for proof also,even then the chances of leave getting approved in the end is less.

Food little bit, student give a lot of respect to the teacher .I miss my students

A lot of thing to dislike. Salary not on time , if student did bad results full credit goes to teacher, excessive classes (sometime teacher getting ill ) ,No respect from management,management is worse , they want every student get 90 persent which is impossible.. It's a waste of time to work over here..complete waste

Food and accomodation is good.

Director of this institution is slightly rude person. I have to take 3 classes in school hours (from 8am to 2:25 pm) and 2 preparation classes in the evening ( from 6:30pm to 8:30pm). Routine is very strict and getting only 1 proper holiday every week.

The Principal Mr. Manab Das, he a really good experience holder Principal, just one man army.

Dislikes

If any where five owner in a school how's the principal or teachers work proper way that all know. So if only one person handle properly than are teachers work free maind Or properly.
