It is all about hygine in company .. so it feels good when you are responsible for hygienic conditions in your company and also certification of procedures followed in company , you can instruct them if they are not as per HACCP

Dislikes

monotonous, nothing special to learn once you learn your position is advisory only , it doesn't help in further promotion or job security because anybody can do it if training is provided
