For freshers, this is a good company. But currently they are making a bond of 2 years which is not good.

Job satisfaction is very low. Not getting good appraisal. Even after working there for 3+ years, I'm not even getting an overall salary of 20k.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they normal salary hike and bonus every year.

As a fresher and a 3D design enthusiast, this company is perfect for starting. Senior colleagues are friendly. I got the college atmosphere because of the entertainments provided and most colleagues are of age 22-26.

The company deal with geospatial services such as RF(HFC), FIBER (FTTX,FTTC,FTTH,FTTP) network designs, asbuilt jobs. The company provide good quality product and work with Clients in Australia,USA, Ireland etc. Company working in 2 shifts 7.30 AM to 3.30 PM And 4.00 PM to 12.00 AM. The appraisal is based on performance and there is a monitoring system for that. Company provide good incentive twise in a year based on performance.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
