...this company is The Most ILL BEHAVED and don't have any respect for employees. He is a Psychological Spastic and does not pay employees their deserved salary. He is involved in Financial Frauds. I would recommend not to join this company and ruin ones career. He has forfietted my 12 days salary inspite being confirmed employee and forced to leave before the notice period was completed.

The organisation is steady in its business operations and takea care of regulatory aspects while making business decisions. It has always emsures payments to all stakeholders amd never defaulted. It is always protects employees interest and its customers.

Dislikes

The organisation is reactive while it had the leadership pool qho can be proactive. Head office execution team lacks domain knowledge and expertise and most of them are taken through reference and now removing the incompetency is very difficult. Management is not ready to change unless it is inevitable. The organisation culture is cost driven and not investment driven.
