Whenever you are fresher in industrial automation. many things are here to learning up like development of PLC logic, Scada development, Reporting of the developed system and all this things are beneficial for freshers.

At the time of site commissioning we have to work accordingly the customers preference and the priority but the owners need to complete the commissioning according to their way. so, at every commissioning they have fight with the customers and in between this the site engineer is grinding.
