...they will lie to advance their own agenda will chang policies as it suits them wont pay you your bonuses wont do appraisals on regular basis are opening multiple offices but wont pay their employees basic increments

Work culture is good and mainly the recruitment manager understand each and every thing. He is supportive, calm and polite.

Till now nothing but yes according to my experience my salary is very low as per market standards.

Exploitation when they do your FNF. Saraca took all the money from clients but not delivered to employees. Always telling client is not giving money. Worst experience. They give job in F500 company they do FNF in 500 days. Bloody blood sucking people

Dislikes

They don't do FNF in 90 days. Stopped two months salary & released after 3 months. FNF still pending after 100 days.

It’s a great company to work with high level of job security. They treat their employees with respect and provide a good platform to perform. They have good positions in Bangalore in Aerospace and Medical verticals.

They should expand in the Japan and Netherlands.
