Likes

Focus is on client expectations, learning and skill development. Lots of scope for our professional development depending on how much responsibilities we are willing to take up. Remuneration is not a constraint for the performers and deserving employees.

Very strict job timings (10 hrs) with 6 days week and no scope for chit chatting with colleagues or with friends over phone. 24x7 monitoring over CC TV.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
