I joined in Sapthagiri as a junior staff and came out from the campus as a senior staff. During the working days I learned many things and it helped me to develop my knowledge and skills. For the freshers, it’s a great opportunity to be with sims so that they can develop their skills. It will help them in their future careers

Salary was a bit lower Sometimes more duty will be assigned.

...work environment and culture Hospital management is very bad not supportive for staff nurse, 2 month once salary there is hike and bonus, work load is so much, company policies is bad

Salary is very bad is not ontime payment. There is no training for freshers.

Salary was deposited correctly in time .It was good working with Dr Shivaswamy sir who is previous HOD of General Surgery in BMCRI who was my fellow colleagues in BMCRI.

It was very sad to hear that Dr Sagar mogadur Vasanth was dead in bus accident .There is Caste discrimination .There was no Discrimination of my mother tongue as I am Tamilian.

My first work place experience was good very emotional almost 2 years, learned a lot from my first working place, I wish the institute to go far forward and do the needful for the people 💐

At my working place I don’t have any dislike except the salary hike even though I worked 2years I couldn’t fill my desired salary

sapthagiri giving me chance to learning and managing multi task .I learned working capacity and managing both dutys it means charge nurse and supervisor duty successfully in sapthagiri.
