Not a single line to like, they doing only harrassment.

Dislikes

...agement staff. Owner also passing bad words and doing harrassment of employees. There are no paid leaves, no PF, no ESI and 1 month salary hold also. If you did 2 months work they can take you only 1 month salary. When you join they can't provide you appointment/joining Letter and When you'll resign they can't provide you any experience letter. That's why you waste your time to do job with this very bad organisation.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
