Work life balance. Night shift allowance, but not sure if it's still being continued.

People with federal knowledge only get to work. People with state knowledge is of no use here. When u don't get any work, they will give all useless admin Work. There are no research tools for employee development. Before you get client, you will be interviewed by the client, it's almost as equal as getting a new job within the job - yes it's tricky to understand.

Likes

Employees mights be interested to join sapro looking at global ratings, but the india sapro is much opposed to the culture and policy compared to the big 10 standards. Management works unethical they only provide fake promises and will impact your career in a bad way, not to mention there is no job security and career advancement.
