Worst ever appraisal for consecutive years and cost cutting measures put a lot of pressure on hiring due to which team balance is disturbed by attrition and exits Poor management decisions leads to higher attrition and no replacement is brought in.

Average pay masters... sometimes hike and promotions take a long time. Its hard not to compare with your peers working in other companies.

...d anywhere. No modern technologies used, Innovation is not rewarded or fostered. Bond for 2-3 on joining bonus which has to be payed without tax while they give it taxed. Highly inflated CTC with 50% as non cashable benefits like free food/education etc. Just to make it look on par with other companies and get day 1 slots.

The work life balance in SAP is superb. Good development work and many good projects with enough opportunity to learn. The open culture is too good here. And the policies for employees are best in market like car lease. Big food court with all type of food you can imagine of.

Dislikes

Slight disadvantage is the compensation, which is good in market but compared to big companies like amazon, microsoft its a bit low. Not a too high paying company for sure.

Salary package is low compared to other companies. Benefits are low as well. Work is very monotonous and boring. Breaks down your interest to work, develop and learn.
