I have got lot of opportunities in short span of time to work with different clients. My manager is supportive and encourages a learning culture in the team so that we can create value for the organization

Compensation is little less for the kind of work we do, though there are additional benefits, more salary in-hand can't beat anything.

One of the best companies out there. One of the best product companies in terms of HR practices. Great work culture, good pay & hike, growth opportunity is awesome !! But be-aware of the consulting, CoE , service delivery units in SAP. They have lots of politics, bad employee engagement culture and nominal hike & bonus. Rest, Product Development areas are the best to work for !!

Consulting units are bad. They offer v.less pay, hike or bonus. Seniors & managers politicise the work distribution & learnings. Cooperation from team is poor.

Overall it is the best company for work life balance, with low pay, we cannot expect a good package when compared to other product based entities
