Everything else. Work culture is very bad. People who are there from long have a superiority complex. You have to be on their better side to be successful in the company. Too much politics

Part of SAP so have similar HR policies. But its a different legal entity than SAP Labs India

Company culture is very bad. People are too self centered. Managers are not trustworthy. No clarity on the work. No scope for growth, both technically or climbing up the ladder.

Continuous changes in top management, leading to fluctuations in asks and changes. No work life balance. Lot of things on the plate even for freshers. No learning curves. Feels even worse then service based firm. I recommend not to join.

Faced physical and emotional harassment from the day I started working in this company. Managers constantly would put me down by making sadistic and sarcastic remarks. They held a grudge against me I dont know for what reason. Very Misogynistic workplace. It affected my personal life and mental health terribly. I wanted to hold on to a job and get married. But because of the targeted harassment and humiliation I suffered in this company as a woman, my personality changed and I became depressed and never got married. Not a supportive workplace for women. US management plays favorites and American women who visited our offices treat Indian women like their Ayaahs and put a lot of work stress on women employees. American women could not tolerate the fun things we Indian women do in our homes. They cannot see us happy. Very discriminating and jealousy with working Indian women. Indian women are not supposed to be passionate and enjoy life. White supremacy. No appreciation for the work we do. Thankless management. Using and exploiting Indian women. They even punished us by withdrawing cab facility for a few days. So I had to travel long distances by public bus and auto which caused a lot of stress. Managers are like gods who enjoy Paris and Europe vacations.
