Company never support its employees in This pandemic situation as they are forced there employees to leave the job, they create that type of circumstances and employees helpless to stay in the company, This is I feel since last 7 months.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not provide as per CTC also transfer issues are there.

Sanzyme is providing a healthy atmosphere during my assignment and from top management i can see the friendly approach to all the employee level. I like employee re-hire system in sanzyme.

Not a deep through analysis between the established market and un established market .

Likes

If you are a post graduate with good skills you can do your work with out any disturbances. After one year you can’t sustain in the company because of internal politics.

Dislikes

Managers are less educated or qualified and always spends time in gossiping and internal politics. Working culture is not good for women.
