Everything is good about the company. since the company is in starting stage, no policies and bonuses are there for the employees. Management is good but theyre taking so much time to implement policies.

Corporate style must be implemented in all aspects like timely payment of salaries, timely increments, medical insurance, regular annual medical checkups and weekly 5 working days will make the organization a better place for all employees. This is the only way to attract people to work for the organization. Better to hire people with good knowledge and qualifications. canteen for employees must be properly organized.
