1) Management is not interested to see the Employee minimum requirements. 2) Management recruits the plant heads who are already retired (+60age). 3) The Present plant head will support and see (Like hikes and any needs) the requirements for only process department and the person who support his decision (Like giving the false completion dates, throwing stones on other people & tells that you are great sir). 4) Plant head will not give any approval on drawings only verbal confirmation will gives. 5) No Daily meetings will be conducted.

*Work culture bad. *Unprofessional process department team, but still survival high based on plant head belongs to process. *Treating Technical departments very bad. *Community feelings high. *No value for talented and sincere working professionals. *Only Gossip people can survive. *No good increments *No value like a human beings ,if you are sick management will not care and even vehicle will not be arranged to the hospitalised employee. * If process team then you can survive well. * becareful if any opportunity comes , because not even management is not capable like to run small scale industry. *No values, ethics, standards.
