Worst experience I ever had in my life... In my 7 months of working 2 times dispute occur in betn owners and now the unit is closed and after that one evening hr executive came to us and says from tomorrow no need to come to company... No job security

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
