Company signs service agreements of 2 years from new joiners. Avg salary for experienced employees, Internal Politics, Management centered rules, Over strictness of management, No work lift balance. No 5 Days working

I've spent my good time with Sanveo family while working remotely. It is one the best company for me ever. Here, Everything is up to the mark. Company promotes open and collaborative culture & work-life balance. The Operation manager of Sanveo is very kind hearted and open to discuss. Other colleagues also so friendly and helpful. Work-life balance is top value and allowing employees to work remotely so that employees can spent a quality time with their families.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such which I don't like Sanveo. However, the time stretches were quite often due to submissions, which needs to be improved I believe. Other thing is that needs to improved is, during probation period, employee can't avail any leaves, but it he/she wanted to take, then the day needs to be compensated. Apart from this, I don't have cons for Sanveo. It is very good organisation.

Got lot to learn about the BIM. Working culture is good, If you are fresher. Because you will find all the colleagues having your age.

Dislikes

Worst Management. Production manager has no value or control in the company. Growth is very less than outside. No work-Life balance. No job security. You will see new faces every alternative month as the old people leave. Need to change Production manager, BIM manager, Hr.
