They won't keep data perfectly. They'll give you the work and they'll be free.

Dislikes

...y wont give increment every year. 2 to 3 years once only they'll give increment. Salary will be credited after 10th to 15th day of the month. There will be no EPFO, ESI

Dislikes

The company usually deposit the monthly salary after 20 days of month end to the next month. They deposit my December month salary in January 20th.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
