Worst workplace ever, there’s is no staff coordination, no time management no one is helping you all are just want your money food nothing there is no likes worst management services they can’t help you you will be frustrated in this environment if you’re a women so please don’t go. Only one madam in reception department and she is the monster she is worst team leader or manager. She did even know how to talk patients she is very rude pathetic staff and she is the one who approach all staff to do bad things fod me a big NO.

Discrimination amongst staff. If anything happens the management won't take any action rather they just change your department without giving any reason or just ask for your resignation.

Salary and carrier growth, nursing management process , staff utilisation process, employees satisfaction ignorance, employee health ignorance, nursing HOD is not aware about the staff and how to keep staff happy and pramote staff for work.
