a system engineer

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Company policy is not very good , Director also not good , Working staff is good specially the plant head and production supervisor, No management is there only director is management, all other just follow his orders. Job security is 0%

Nothing to be like for the role of engineer, they hire you but give no any feel like you are working in any organisation, you never get to learn about process, if you are smart then aap andho me kana raja

They hire you in the name of sansui but place you in SENSOMATIC which is like a workshop and they don't even tell you that SENSOMATIC is not even listed company, if you need any load then you can't get because SESNSOMATIC is not listed, and no work culture, no learning one always bitching about each other, no class of work no office no canteen, bas bhed bakdi wala life, why they even hire an engineer to ruin their career???????????? I have lost my career track but somehow I managed to get another job.
