... So overall it's a right stage for me to gain my career in better way in future. About salary, initially it's tough for me to join the job with less salary than I expected,but now I am getting better salary and the main benifit is that the company providing guest house and canteen facility. The seniors and colleagues are very supportive and cooperative.

Dislikes

As the Job is very responsible,it's quite stressful Sometimes and it's very difficult to deal with unmatured Manpower under our charge. I have to explain their role and responsibilities. Career growth is quite good and management gives the good increment to the deserving employee. But it's unfair for deserving and good performer when someone gets same increment even after he is undeserved and poor performer.Half of the staff is not serious about their role and responsibilities here and not even punctual.
