If you have 13 hours a day to work in a school, you are welcome here. Poor salary. You have to rush to the accountant every month after salary gets credited to ask why the salary was less or more. Director and principal are husband and wife respectively. From that one can know how family business runs.

Since the school conducted many functions and activities it gave both teacher and student an environment to improve their skills .

...ement. The office culture of this institution is very poor filled with politics. Issues related to salary happens the most with a hectic working hour of 7:20-3:30with loads of tasks. Many times the stayback extends to 7:00 pm including sundays.

The organization is indeed a great source of learning and innovation. It provides us with all the exposures that drive us learn more and to be confident enough to work with even other organizations as well.

The Institution is situated in such an interior that it's tough to transport from one place to another. Rest, all ok.

Management gives the salary in time.

For self ego satisfaction they can do anything.They don't understand the value of a teacher.When you are entering into the school their behaviour is very good; but after work starts behaviour is different.
