Sansera is gud Opportunity to learn lot for fresher.. When I was join Sansera I am fresher and learn lot to my manager,colluges..now I am able to handle my work and interacting with customers also...really gud opportunities for me to learn core mechanical manufacturing industry

Very bad work culture. Maneger always shouting on employees. Within one year I got back pain problem because of huge work load 😡😡. I can't recommend at all.

...ds every were, breathing problem inside the plant because of smokey environment. If you take one day leave a month 2000rs deduction from salary, no medical leave because no work no pay. They use all the workers like a slave,If you protest security put you outside the gate.

For everything there is rules but when it comes to salary like increment and promotions they are totally fake …there is no use taking up projects and helping the company benefit .The salary of the operator and a Senior Engineer is almost the same just a matter of difference of max 3k…

There is nothing give benefits for trainee and they didn't give 2 month salary in lockdown time the worst management hopeless company.

Salary and perk benefits for staff level category has to be increased.Management has to focus on retaining staffs who are given long service for the company
