Office timings are good with few teams ... Office culture is good friendly staffs... Saturday and Sunday work depends on team ..when thier is pressur they will call ... Few times in a year ... Leaves and all depends on team manager mood ... Few teams are very good ..

... unnecessary waste of meeting .. that to after 6 months you will get the hike... If you are outsider don't speak with hr Bharathi about salary ...speak with manager ... About the salary ... Don't speak with her she will push you down ... Manager salary has been made final don't let her to speak about the salary ... Leaves and all depends on the manager ... Job safety will not be thier only for those you have less knowledge will be kicked ... In COVID time they removed so many members... Timing ,leaves depends entirely on team TL

The biggest mistake i did in my life is, joining this company, Lot of politics within the company, They removed me from this company because i was feeling sick. The worst company you could ever join. This company removed me during the appraisal time and did not give me my arrears of Rs40000/-, i have experienced fraud from this company and they did not give me any experience or relieving letter even though i did job for 1 year and 10 months in that company, due to this company i got affected in getting job during this lockdown. They were calling me to do the job even on sunday, not only one sunday in a month but most of the sundays and i was stretching my job hours for more than 12 hrs a day, they did this to me. Mahesh.K.P and Naveen Jadhav are the persons who are responsible for this to happen.

Dislikes

Good for team work, Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have worked per day 10 to 12 hours. but appraisal wise good compare to other company. If avoid partiality in teams our sangria company will going to top level
