They does not taking care of employees. They just focus on production only.There are lacks of quality concern.

Culture is not good,less salary,in Organization it is only production is important not given importance to quality of product.If take strictly audit it get definately fails audit.Production peoples do the signatures of another person while when entries get missed in Batch record.Production heads executive not folluws SOP and they pressurised the Quality Assurance Peoples for to achieved the production target.It is very horrible.

sanofi provides lots of opportunities to show talent innovation ideas & best culture for work another plus point is that my colleagues are very supportive in nature. and sanofi believe in work life balance.

compensation and promotion is very low .

It had one of best culture, job security, skill development, work satisfaction, average salary package.

Dislikes

...'s next step in transformation. Salary increment from last 4 years is minimal. Below par salary package. Skill development is zero . Don't even have training and development department anymore . Frequent changes in working environment. No clarity, whether Sanofi will continue its operations in India.

Good Work culture and skill development opportunities with Medium load of work. Compared to Indian companies way much better in terms of Behaviour and development.

Dislikes

1. Salary and Increments are not good enough just below the minimum and not even beating inflation. 2. Promotions are pathetic and lack of opportunities and difficult to grow upward. 3. Current market scenarios of MNCs in India are pathetic and Job Security is a concern.
