Negative environment. Seniors shout on juniors and once you put complaints against them then they will made your life difficult and then you won't be able to stay. Management & HR will not support you as your senior's position is more strong than yours. Seniors supports more their own referred employees. HR changes their policies to allow management do their own favourable decisions like hire their known people. A person who can ignore self respect and for whom only money matters then such person can work there. No client facing role for a person in tax team and no departmental representations so that will also spoil some experienced person's career.

Learning opportunities are there in the organisation. However, there is a lot of workload and stress as well.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not done based on the performance of employees. It is just based on the biased behaviour towards some particular employees. There is no proper work management, a lot of workload exists and nothing is done from the Management's end towards it.

The work culture has drastically changed at Sannam over the last year and now they do not believe in good salaries, rather they hire individuals with low salary but more people added to the team

Sannam S4 is a magical workplace to be at.Flexible timings,a positive work environment with the right balance of work and recreational activities,supportive teams and heads,smiling friendly faces and above all warm,creative and helpful colleagues add to its appeal.My heads were very approachable and enthusiastic.I have made wonderful friends for life over here.It was a pleasure to work here.
