I would say - if the interviewer says you are recruited for Sanmar Berigai unit immediately reject that opportunity. They will break your self confidence, dignity, everything. Poor working culture, no work life balance. Specifically the HRs in this berigai unit are not capable to anything - only wake up once a year for organizing factory day.
