This is a fraud company, they do not pay salary of any employee on time and when the time for appraisal comes, they fire all the old and new employees so that these people do not have to appraise the old employees. Very bad behaviour of senior, boss and manager .

This is a fraud company which takes the salary of the employees and goes to the garden and keeps shifting from here to there. They do not have any fixed place. They make the employees work and at the time of giving salary, there is no salary 🤣🤣🤣

Very bad company, deducts salary if we dont generate business on that day.. very pathetic. i had salary of 35k, at the end of month i received only 7k. so much disgusting, so i resigned from my post and they didnt paid my travelling allowance too saying we dont pay travelling allowance. How cheap they are, in offer letter they mention and dont pay .... they work as B2B, travel agent dont get payment by 15-20 days, and management tells not to receive call of Travel agent let them go to hell.

there is nothing to like about sankash. From top management to normal employees are sick and retarded. All they do is backbiting about people.

Dislikes

No scope of your career growth. They will make you work like they own you and they give away opportunities to other people based on their liking. You cannot thrive here because the bosses are bad. They micro manage their employees. Bad people and bad leadership. Everyone in the top management is bad and other people have no other work but to do backbiting.
