Helping the patients I love to do it such a wonderful opportunity to help the unknown person who will seeking our help. We have top most doctors and technology and I want the patient to guide the right path I think I done most of it till now.

I can't say anything wrong about my institution but only problem is salary we can't get more salary because this is trust related hospital which means non profitable organisation.

... only to the emplyoees only who studied in sankara Nethralaya's institutions.... They giving less salary to refractionst who studied from other colleges but actually the truth is diploma students of optometry are they well did than their college employees........

Good team worker, Good training opportunities, It is not political organisation. Working life is good. Good environment for working. Nice Doctors are there. Different types of patients are there with different disease.

Dislikes

... last day. Male staff are working hard sending them to far places for eye camps. They are not ready to pay high salary. If you don't like then you can resign your job and go.

HR team will lead by HR women head lady doest no how to handle people and her team members + not fit to be a HR at all useless human,,,how such kind of people are in hospital industry very attitute and kanning person and wast fellow My humble request dont work under him and wast life time.

It was a great organisation to work and gain a lot of knowledge. Wide range of opportunities were provided and allowed to develop our interests professionally. Comfortable work timing, big opportunity to build ourself.

Working as a research Optometrist, tenure is the only problem. Also we dont get any benefits as permanent employees are offered. Example leaves and gifts
