I like Salary services nd some policies but nothing for management.

Dislikes

Many things no good carrier for optometrist.Hr nd administration policies nd management is not good i worked very hard since 1 yr nd 3 mnths all staff nd doctors appreciated dr akanksha mam dr javed sir dr sharad sir me but admin says u need improvement who never watched that whats going in opd who is working who is not working they only know how to insult an employee so this thing is worst there..in kanpur branch.

Wasn't able to enjoy my vacations/leaves as I being the Administrator, taking decision during my absence was lacking and I would have got minimum 4-5 phone calls daily during my leave days No worries as it being part and parcel of the job

Team mates are friendly,100% job security,Career growth is Excellent,salary is also good, learning is vast, work environment is satisfied .innovation of new things for the development of the hospital is excellent,work life balance is satisfied.

Dislikes

politics in the hospital is spreading in all the departments like seniors working from the long time and they think they every thing for the hospital,especially the leaders in the department wise .

Everyone thinks like they all are one one CEO and Incharges are not performing his /her duty. They are always ordering other staff for the work. Where the Incharges are not obeying their rules and regulations but they are they telling their colleges to follow the rules and regulations. If any silly mistakes they are found they are abusing very badly even without knowing the reason of problems like blindly believing the other person's objection.

Sankara Eye Hospital, It great platform and a great company to any freshers mostly. I was working here from last 3 years and my experience was not good it is the great. Here you can learn many type of work in back office and also front faces skills.... There jod security is fully satisfied me. And I'm glad to be here working as Sankara employee🙂
