In Sankar foundation about job security is to work, and we have to maintain a good communication with all the staff members and been with good manner, the management in Sankar foundation was okay to work, here The company policies are DA,PF,ESI, and also accomodation.free service to the staff and also family members.

Lot of things to learn. No limitations to our eagerness to learn. One of the Best and Bigger Eye Hospitals in Vizag for Patients. We can get the job satisfaction of serving the poor and needy patients. Patient care is really good.

Completely Authoritative and biased Management based on a single person's opinion. Doesn't matter how hard people work. All credit and increment goes to the favoured ones only. No scope for career improvement and zero job security.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
