There is no compensation and growth is very slow.Employee benefits are very less.No facility is given to employee as there is a lot of struggle for accommodation and traveling .

Company is not work like as per system defined even here in the whole year u get only 12 holiday no SL , CL, PL no gratuity no other health benefits even no PF, even company didn't want to change and upgrade with technology, seeing big but once u start work here get know , even lots of politics.

Worst Company ever to work with If no choices left then only please join this company HR executives thinks themselves smart enough but they are not they even don't know to communicate properly No work policies and strict work timings

It's great great to be part of this group. I am a mother of four year old kid and because of this pandemic, the school and day care is closed however sankalp has given me an opportunity to work from home. In this way I can take care of my child as well as I don't need to sacrifice my career. Thanks to Kailash Sir

Overall the staff was very supportive for personal growth and always motivated for learning something new Boss was the main support he always listen to new ideas and motivates for personal growth as well.

There were few only few employees who always does backbitching but I always avoided them and focused on positivity.
