Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Not getting support and job security. In Covid situation we had took self protection, they only provides sanitizer, we have to take self protection. Work culture is too good for learning, employees are too much experienced and honest. Politics takes place somewhere.

My job here at Sanjit Moulds gives me the first-hand Technical training which is needed on the Designing and Quality Departments. The job security is high and with that company culture enhances the discipline and the dedication of the person to his work. All in all I find it extremely helpful for Career and best technical upbringing.

The company is not MNC,so the salary offered initially is very low, as Training is provided at expense of the company.
