Sanjiban is good hospital..if someone is just started learning or trainee can learn better from this hospital.

Doesn't paying salary timely.... late salary..even I have 4 months due... doesn't get any benifit for being a staff...

You can learn a lot here, specially in tough situation you will know what to do.

You will get salary after 3 months of delay every time. You don't even receive full amount of salary, you'll receive in parts.

Very poor worst management system. Working for day and night without getting any payment, salary being hold for almost one year. Advertising about the hospital around whole West Bengal but void management system.

Sanjiban Hospital is cheating with the employees. They are absorbing candidate and paying salary on the third month and thereafter 2nd salary is paying on the 7th months and 3rd salary they won'the pay and the employee leaves the services after another 4 to 5 months without getting anymore salary from Sanjiban. I left Sanjiban without getting 5 months salary. They are cheating the Doctors also. I know a lady whose salary is due for -13- months from Sanjiban. I have gathered a bitter experience of working with Sanjiban. During my -29- years of service experience I have never seen such type of hospital cheating the employees.

People can give their volunteer services without expecting career growth, learning opportunities. But you can learn to accommodate yourself in a polluted work culture.
