I like agriculture/Farm related projects to reach rural women,I like the flatform in reaching poor,I like the whole NRLM project ground level reach.

Dislikes

Oh horrible salary structure with no life security,with no ontime salary, government officials torture for money for outsourcing field staffs, they treat us like bonded labours.i will tell my bad experience I have joined this KSRLPS on dec 2021 with experience of 4 years with salary of 35k then NRETP project closed and ordered by md to take them on need basis and performance basis with 25k salary my god,at the same time YP's are getting salary more than me who are less experienced.very bad salary disparity for agriculture professionals I am waiting to exit from here my life become hell now if a person can't even lead normal life with no life security, KSRLPS is very bad at handling professionals.i had decrement by 35%,this field experience doesn't matter in pvt companies.i lost my life here.And inspite of all these problems government officers asks money to pay our salary which was pending more than 6 months.Thoooo...
