...remely strainous work culture. The only thing an employee learns is how to slog. They don't pay salary on time. Without any notice they deduct salary as per their wish. The teachers change every now and then, it's reflected in their higher secondary results. They don't have any policy or planning... Absolutely horrible and disgusting. The person running the school doesn't have any control over her tongue.

...y can kick any one out at any time . They don’t treat staff like a human being . They torture them with 15 hours duties and pay less . There is so much politics and no value of talent . They only expects good results . From outside it looks good but the reality is awful . The management only supports those who does flattery . For them it is all business they don’t at all care about parents or the childrens . All of this because of the management Hitler Sasmita Mohanty and her Chamcha sports HOD Vitthal . He use such harsh words and he has so many BAD HABITS . If this will go on i don’t see any future of the school . I hope this review will help you all with your decision making to join .

... leaving your previous job. The Worst culture I have to ever seen in my career. Teachers will ask for over time, they don't pay OT. No leaves, will force to work on sunday. Very very hectic culture, mental Harrasment, !!

...the school are about 10 to 12 hours. You need to be available 24X7 for anything. Salary range starts from 25k but you will be made to work for at least 100k. Lady boss fools employees by saying that school is providing food and accommodation for free but actually she wants you to be available 24X7. There is just showoff of glamorous campus. Lady boss wants students to be disciplined but teachers can not even shout at them otherwise student will leave the school and that is loss of about 3 Lacs to the school. So in any circumstances like this or due to a small complain from parent lady boss terminates the teacher without any notice. It can be understood about no corporal punishment which is good but students have no fear about any action taken against them which is never taken leads to students being indisciplined. Moreover even students sometimes complain about a teacher resulting in termination of the teacher. Lady boss doesn't even give chance to explain your point of view. She knows there are too many graduates who are unemployed so she will find someone to replace the terminated ones. Too much burden of extra classes and never ending work. One teacher gets minimum of 30 classes out 45 every week and also remedial class for 3 days, Olympiad class for 2 days, prep class for boarders 6pm to 8pm 3 times a week. Finally if you are willing to join, get ready to experience the living hell and work like slave without any complain
