Work load is too much in low salary no incentives plans for executives. I never got 1 rs extra salarys . No pf no insurance no esi benefits they deduct esi but dont pay to esi .we have to delever all the online ordea free of cost company dont pay pertol money. If we died at delevery time due to accident they dont pay single rupee. No on time leaves no week offs on time. And every time they told 15000 salary kider se laana karna hai karo warna nikaljao. Talk like they are giving salary freely.

... cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the manegement doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot region on the job training is not given to new joinees

At Lockdon, the company cut my salary, and also stopped my March incentive, which was given long after the lockdown opened.

When we work in a national level company, the minimum salary of an executive is more than 10,000.While my post was 8000 even after being a store manager.

I like behavior of store team all team work. But company didn't do team work.

Superiors talk like a chapri we are like animals for them. They speak like they are giving huge salary incentive . Reality is in sangeetha mobiles there is no incentive option. Only salary you will get in that you have to work 13 14 hrs your own pertol for stock delevery. No Diwali bonus worst company . From 5 years no increments. Owners just earning.
