Not much hike in salary very nominal 5% than your previous . There is lot of admin work here .Staff here doesn't co-operate in taking stationary in one time in a weak comes several times in a day admin assistant works get disturbance by them . 80 % staff here are late comers in the morning that also admin has to suffer as senior puts up email to you and admin is responsible for other staff punctuality like he/she is HR position not Admin Assistant. Then the senior ask you to meet for 3 month probation period experience when admin assistant puts the word infront of them ,they will not take any action for a change or what you have suggested (example - attendence machine can be installed here ) and at last you're left with resigning option as you will be pissed by the working environment here .
